Gentle secret burgers
Very tasty burgers, tender and juicy! The secret is in the Semolina from Mistral! Delicious dinner for a large group!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    600 g

  • Semolina

    60 g

  • Green onions

    0.5 coup

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cheese

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Semolina from Mistral pour into a bowl, the water will boil.

Stirring to avoid lumps, pour in the boiling water to the cereal and leave to swell for 10 minutes.

In a blender put the soaked semolina, fresh herbs, onions and egg, blend everything into a homogeneous mass.

Add this mixture to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well the minced meat and leave for 30 minutes.

Form burgers. I used a serving ring.

Bread patties in flour and fry in a pan with two sides.

Remove the extra oil from the pan on each cutlet place a slice of cheese. The cheese can be any melted slices too!

Place patties in preheated oven to melt cheese and can eat!
