Cutlets of pickled cabbage and rice
Very tasty. Lovers of sauerkraut will appreciate.

Ingredients

  • Sauerkraut

    1 cup

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Red onion

    2 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Greens

I used rice TM Mistral.

Potatoes (preferably still hot) mince with rice.

Passeruem onion in a pan until tender.

The potato and rice, add salt, pepper, cabbage and fried onion.

From the resulting mince formed the flat patties (like pancakes) for convenience, as the texture turns out very tender. Dip them in the breadcrumbs.

Fry in small amount of oil on both sides. Spread on paper towel to absorb excess fat.
