Ingredients

  • Spinach

    300 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

On a heated and lightly oiled frying pan put the fresh spinach. Simmer until juice appears, about 2 minutes. After that, the spinach drain in a colander.

Fry the onion in butter.

Add in cheese and beaten eggs.

Also add the spinach, fresh herbs finely chopped ( parsley, dill), roasted onions, cheese, RUB, salt and pepper to taste.

Roll the dough and spread on a baking sheet, the edges of the dough to make boards.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
