Cooking
Dissolve yeast in warm milk with sugar and allow to rise.
Grate cheese on a grater.
Add the sifted flour, butter, I added the mustard bean.
Add the yeast and knead soft not sticky dough. The dough roll into a ball and allow to rise for one hour.
Then roll into balls and put in greased form.
Lubricate the egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until rolls are browned.
