For dessert. Popular with the children. Quick to prepare, not expensive. If guests came unexpectedly.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    0.5 l

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    1 kg

Cooking

Add all the ingredients into the flour and knead the dough.

The dough should not be steep.

Unroll a thickness of 0.5-1 cm and cut out circles with a glass.

Spread on a baking sheet, greased with sunflower oil and baked at a temperature of 180-200 degrees.

Spread the finished cakes in a large bowl, pour glaze and mix.
