Cooking
Young zucchini wash, cut off the "butt", cut in half, remove the seeds and cut it cubes.
Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Bell pepper cut into cubes. Preheat a frying pan vegetable oil, fry the vegetables for 2 minutes over high heat.
Add the diced zucchini, pour in the Kikkoman soy sauce Wok for frying, heat to increase to the maximum, fry for 2-3 minutes.
Fire off and season the vegetables with coriander and freshly ground black pepper. Mix well.
Baking tray lay a parchment, put the zucchini boats, slightly prisolit them from the inside, put the stuffing. From top to distribute quarter-cut cherry tomatoes. Bake in preheated to 180 degrees oven for 20-30 minutes, or until tender zucchini.
When serving, garnish with fresh dill.
