Salad
On our website a huge number of recipes with a similar name, but they are all chicken. There is no one with the red fish! I decided to fill this gap, because the salad turns out very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    200 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    300 g

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Crackers

    80 g

  • Parmesan

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Parmesan

  • Soy sauce

    30 g

  • Garlic

    5 g

  • Lemon juice

    10 g

  • Vegetable oil

First make the sauce: beat Eggs in a bowl,

RUB on a small grater cheese, add to the bowl with eggs,

add soy sauce, lemon juice and grated garlic. Beat in a mixer.

Pour a thin stream of oil, whisking until smooth. According to the rules you need to add to the sauce 10 grams of anchovies in oil, but in the absence thereof, I had to prepare a simplified version.

Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves. If using regular tomatoes, then cut into cubes. It is desirable to take tomatoes firmer. Lay them evenly on the crackers and make a grid of the second half of the sauce.

Sprinkle the salad with grated cheese and decorate with slices of fish. Ideally, it is desirable to decorate the salad on top of cooked shrimp, but I was the economy version.
