Chicken with peanut in Chinese
Something I'm all for desserts, Yes desserts... And sugar is not only used in desserts! But in such dishes like this, for example: chicken in sweet and sour sauce with peanuts.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    400 g

  • Peanuts

    0.5 cup

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

  • Pepper green

    0.5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Let's start now. Defrost chicken and cut into small pieces.

Pepper (about half of the pod), finely chop, ginger-a piece with a teaspoon or three on a grater, garlic cut into slices.

On a well-heated vegetable oil at the same time fry the garlic, pepper, ginger, and sesame seeds. Fry for about 2 minutes. The smell is amazing. Even MCH computer broke and came running to ask what I'm cooking? better compliment than you can imagine. So really interested in the smell :)

Then put the chicken there. Fry all together for 5 minutes.

Now is the turn of sweetness and sourness! Add to the chicken a tablespoon of sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, tomato paste and vinegar.

Simmer all together for another minute.

Peanuts if raw, dried in the micro or in a pan, peel and break in half.

Turn off the fire, add peanuts and stir.
