Orange horseradish sauce
Gorgeous orange sauce for fish and seafood. Cooked very quickly and just as quickly eaten up!

Ingredients

  • Orange

    2 piece

  • Horseradish

    1 Tbsp

  • Dry white wine

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

  • Salt

Grate the zest of one orange

Squeeze the juice of two oranges, adding to the zest. Stir, pour 3 tablespoons of wine, add the horseradish. If the horseradish is very "evil" is quite a teaspoon.
