The crispy and light cookies from all I tested, with the same inclusions crunchy nuts. Due to the small amount of flour, the cookies turns out a light, "weightless". And yet this cookie for those in a hurry!

Cooking
Turn on the oven at 180 degrees. Melt the butter in advance or taken from the refrigerator to softened – does not matter, at Your discretion. Chocolate (better still porous!) and walnuts grind in a blender until small pieces.
Actually, the dough will take 5-7 minutes. Rubs whisk the butter, sugar, add eggs and mix well. Now it is the turn of flour and baking powder. Stir and add the nuts with chocolate. The dough is ready! It is not steep, but worth it))
Armed with a teaspoon and picking up about a half of a spoon, spread on covered with baking paper baking sheet. Help yourself with your fingers – otherwise the dough is not flowing. Cookies need to leave a decent distance – it will spread and become flat. Send the pan in the oven for 10 minutes (each oven his temper!)
Look at the corner they first try to burn. Meanwhile, prepare the second baking sheet. Remove the cookies from the baking sheet directly by paper – it's soft and may be deformed. Let a couple of minutes to cool, and then you can safely shift!
