Melon cake
I thought, thought that would be so interesting to bake my sweet tooth for tea, and came up with this for such a flavorful, tender cake with layers of dough, with pieces of melon and melon irysowym cream. Come on in, help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Melon

    500 g

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Toffee

    200 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Curd

    200 g

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Waffles

    100 g

In milk to melt the broken toffee.

Melon to RUB on a small grater. Who doesn't love melon, you can take any other fruit. Grated melon to add to the mix of toffee and milk, boil for 5-7 minutes. Pour semolina, stirring constantly, and cook until thick.

The cream cool and whip with softened butter.

Beat egg with sugar in a thick foam. Add cottage cheese, melted margarine, again to beat.

Add the flour, baking powder, and whisk. Add the diced melon. Mix well.

Bake three layers in the pan or form, covered with baking paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes each cake.

The cakes are cool, sandwich with cream, the top sprinkled with grated waffles. You can sprinkle nuts, coconut or grated chocolate.
