Cooking
In saucepan, combine brown sugar and 1/4 sour cream (or coconut milk).
Heat until the sugar is dissolved, mixture is smooth and not zaputatsya.
Add the bananas and salt.
Cook, stirring, until the bananas are soft and will not boil. This should take about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add the remaining sour cream (or coconut milk), rum (optional) and vanilla. Try. If too sweet, add a few drops of lemon juice, but keep in mind that after hardening of the ice cream will seem less sweet than warm.
Using a blender whisk until smooth. If you have an ice cream maker, then follow the manufacturer's instructions for the preparation of ice cream. If no ice cream maker, place in freezer for 1.5-2 hours until frozen at the edges. Remove and mix thoroughly. It is very effective to do immersion blender. Repeat this process 2-3 more times. Thus, you will prevent the formation of crystals, and the result is soft, smooth ice cream.
