Description
In the East, in the East, in the East there is no snow In the East, in the East, meeting the sun, And the dawn with hope and love meeting marvelous country On the carpet, on the plane, in the childhood fairy tale look will Charm - this city, this country warm My soul caressed in a sea of warm wave And warm my heart hot the sand loved, Loved, this fabulous East Vanilla, cinnamon, figs, persimmons,... the list is endless... and all we associate with the fabulous East! What are there only sweets, not enough for the whole holiday, so all of this to try. But currently we don't have to go to the East, a skilled hostess, she can at home to make baklava or Turkish delight, halva, or ... Yes, probably all. And I want to offer you a simple dessert that combines the flavors of the East, and with a Cup of Turkish coffee on your favorite couch.... mmmmm..... the idea I took from his aunt, which would make my cousin to eat the cheese, which we, like many kids are not loved. So she decided regular cheese to turn into a miracle dessert. She did the cheese tower, and each layer was impregnated with honey or jam and sprinkled with chocolate... it was delicious. So I got the idea for this dessert. Possible idea for someone and not Nova, but I think many will like.
Cut apricots finely or coarsely ( as you like), add chopped walnuts and almonds, raisins ( I was fine) and mix everything together. The nuts will taste better if they are pre-fried, but this time I forgot and remembered when it is all mixed.
Now collect our dessert. A piece of cheese spread honey-1 tbsp, sprinkle top of finished rolls, cover with a second slice of cheese and again the filling, then the third slice topping......ready.
Take a dish, sprinkle it with cinnamon. There we spread our dessert, too, sprinkle with cinnamon and a little vanilla sugar ( to taste and optional). The remaining stuffing mix with honey and form balls ( in Turkey, you can buy ready-made these balls with dried apricots and prunes, but I decided to save time and not go to the store):) Near the balls spread the figs ( I got a spoon the pulp; if you are dry, you can cut and mix with honey to make balls), decorated the dish with apricots ( you can use any fruit to taste). Ready
