Cooking
150 g of cottage cheese mash with vegetable oil, milk and sugar 65 gr. Sift flour (200 g) and baking powder, knead the dough with a mixer. Then a little abenaim hands. The dough is very delicate and plastic. The form for the cake grease with vegetable oil and lightly sprinkle semolina. The dough slightly mash, put into the form and distribute over the surface, sculpting the sides.
Carefully whisk eggs with sugar 65 gr. and vanilla, add the remaining cheese, sour cream and a spoonful of flour, mix well. Pour on the dough. Put the berries in the filling. Of course I used frozen, not thawed!!!
Put the pie in a preheated 200 degree oven and bake until Golden brown. Allow to cool in the baking pan. First we go, separating the cake from the form, on the edge of a special spatula, then carefully remove to a plate. You can use any berries!
