Salad with chicken liver
Salad from the category of quick, tasty, simple. Literally "guests on the threshold". Why Is Krasnodar? This salad didn't have a name and I thought-why not name it after the city in which I was born, raised and still live.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    400 g

  • Quail egg

    10 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    10 piece

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

First, boil quail eggs. For this egg, fill with water and cook for 1 minute after boiling. After the hot water to drain, cover with cold water, after a couple of minutes to clean. Tomatoes and lettuce wash, dry.
