Steaks of salmon
My husband and I decided that this weekend, too many people rush to the outdoors, we are better possessionem to another day, so the invited guests home. And the main dish on the table was fish. It is cooked quickly and simply, and the result is always delicious! And yet it was only in the oven, but also on the coals to roast!

Ingredients

  • Basil

  • Rosemary

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Lime

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Salmon

    1 kg

  • Oregano

Salmon (or other red fish) cut into portions.

Mix soy sauce, lime juice and olive oil. Whisk into an emulsion and marinate the fish in it. Add dry herbs (see herbs yet). Leave to marinate for 1 hour. Longer is not necessary, because the fish can perimenopause.
