Cooking

step-0
First, prepare the salsa. We'll need an avocado, 1 tomato, half the bell pepper, garlic, onion. All wash, peel avocado.
step-1
All the vegetables are cut very finely. You can chop in a blender. Avocado mash. The remaining vegetables are to be cut is not very finely, they will be added to the Taco just layers.
step-2
Here all the ingredients together. Add Chile pepper, salt, a tablespoon with a slide of mayonnaise (I had vegetable), I added 1 teaspoon of oregano. Stir it carefully.
step-3
Here such it turns out the sauce. Hot, but rather gentle due to the avocado.
step-4
Seafood fry onion. A little salt to taste. You can add greenery.
step-5
Make a simple dough. Cornmeal, salt, margarine and water, all mix. (I was an embarrassment, poured a lot of water and corn flour over, today never able to buy, and toppings are already = ( I had to add regular, so that the pellet was not so yellow and ridged like with only cornmeal.)
step-6
Roll out the dough balls and fry in a pan without oil. Stir-fried very quickly, in just a couple of minutes. Slightly rananim on each side and pull out. The pan should be wiped from the crumbled flour before the next pellet.
step-7
Lay out all the layers. First sauce
step-8
Then the seafood (or meat, or vegetables, in General, the main filling for tacos, which you have in mind). =)
step-9
On top of the onion and turn in the pocket =) you need to Eat with your hands. Bon appetit!
step-10
You can just put all the ingredients on the table separately, and each will bring himself to such tacos as he wants :-) O:-)
