Chicken liver with peppers
Saw the recipe from Anastasia Skripkina and curiosity took its toll - I couldn't imagine a liver with pepper. I chicken liver or simply boiled, or making a salad with croutons. Not disappointed at all, taste new. Bribed simplicity and speed of preparation.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    700 g

  • Pepper

    4 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Rinse the liver, remove the gall. If the pieces are large, cut in half.

We cut the onions.

Cut sweet pepper into strips.

Fry until Golden brown onions.

Add the liver to the onions, lightly fry.

Once the liver turn white, pour pepper, salt and cover it. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

When serving sprinkle with herbs and serve with your favourite side dish. Today was buckwheat.

Although, personally I liked it without the dressing, the dish turned out to be self-sufficient. Bon appetit!
