Cake
Valentine's day is behind us, but nothing prevents you to make this here cake and surprise your beloved, friends and relatives:) it combines honey cakes with a pleasant cranberry-butter cream and vanilla-citrus cheese filling. I'm sure almost indifferent not remain as to the appearance and taste of this delicacy!

Ingredients

Let's start with the honey cakes. With a mixer, beat 3 eggs with the Cup sugar, add 100 gr of softened butter and a Cup of honey. All at once bake in the microwave is not recommended, in the oven you can, then then cut into 3 layers.

While preparing honey cakes, make cranberry butter cream. For starters we are gonna wipe the cranberries with a small amount of sugar (3-4 tbsp) with a blender or fork. Do it right in the tank, which can then be put in a water bath.

Put the mixture in a water bath and stir continuously until thick, this takes about 10-15 minutes.
