Cooking
The taste for the better will no doubt impact the beef, cooked at home it from the neck. To the mince add the egg, soy sauce, chopped garlic, sliced not chopped tomatoes (you can salt if needed, I'm not salted). Mix well
Dough I - 2 square formation. Take 1 layer of dough, lay it on the cooking foil and a little roll out, forming a rectangle. On one side of the rectangle with a knife to make incisions, a length of about 5 cm.
Not incised part is to put half the mince, layer of 1 cm Compacted it with a fork.
Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Using a food film not incised hand spun tightly into a roll. When there will be only pre-cut strips, then take one at a time, to pull a little and cover them roll. Work, as in the photo
Similarly, to form the second loaf, spread them on a baking tray on the paper or foil and grease the liaison (for the battered, beat the egg with milk and salt)
Bake at 180 degrees until tender (roughly 20-30 minutes, depends on oven)
Remove the rolls to cool slightly, cut into portions and serve! Bon appetit!
