I thought this recipe would be very good and relevant in the winter and especially now, when many want to protect yourself from colds and flu. Moreover, it is very much tasty it was, and to cook it quickly and simply. Fresh vitamins will be typed on the year ahead!

Lemons and the oranges and mince the zest. Cranberries wash, to sort out from the waste and twist in a meat grinder or in a blender. All the ingredients connect and add sugar. Stir until then, until the sugar dissolves, and then pour into a glass dish and refrigerate. Eat a few teaspoons on an empty stomach preferably in the morning and throughout the day.
