Cooking
The products required.
Flour and semolina to weigh. Flour be sure to sift. Load ingredients into the bucket of CPS in the manner prescribed by the manufacturer. In my case, the fluid first, then bulk. On top of the flour I yeast.

I make the dough in the HP and baked in the oven.
After 1.5 hours, get bucket of HP. The dough is well risen and very soft to the touch. We shift the dough in a greased form for baking. I used a mold for baking cakes.
