Vegetable salad with chicken
Vitamin, a beautiful salad of fresh vegetables with meat chicken for any occasion or picnic. Vegetable salad made of roasted chicken, roasted potatoes and fresh vegetables: cabbage, carrots, beets and onions.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Cabbage

    0.5 plug

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

  • Allspice

Chicken fillet cut into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil until fully cooked.

Finely chop the onion.

Grate on a coarse grater carrots.

Also on a coarse grater grate the beets.

Shred the cabbage.

In shredded cabbage, add vinegar and salt to taste. Cabbage lightly grind.
