Japanese soboro-don
Rice with beef, sweet peas and egg. Bright and tasty dish, easy and hearty. Cold is also nice in taste, therefore suitable for "obento" (lunch box).

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

    300 g

  • Green peas

    100 g

  • Soy sauce

    3.5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3.5 Tbsp

  • Wine white semi-dry

    3 Tbsp

  • Honey

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Salt

Sweet peas to boil (2-3 minutes), drain in a colander, cut diagonally (each piece into 3 pieces).

In a pan mix soy sauce, sugar (2.5 tablespoon), sake, honey, put on fire. When the mixture boils, add the ground beef. While constantly stirring (preferably with chopsticks), sauté the ground beef in this mixture, diminish the fire and add the ginger.

Continue to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, until, until all the water has evaporated. Then put the pan on a wet towel to cool quickly. Do not forget to stir. The result of this action the meat turns out shiny and appetizing.

In a separate bowl, mix eggs, sugar (1 tbsp) and a little salt. Fry in a pan, quickly stirring with chopsticks. Periodically (2-3 times) put the pan on a cold wet towel (if the mixture turns out more tender).

In a deep bowl put rice, cover it with peas, minced meat, egg omelet. Bon appetit!
