Visited the vegetable market and could not pass up the fresh heads of cabbage Brussels sprouts. To buy something bought, and what to do with it? To cook with great pleasure to eat:)

Cooking
Fresh Brussels sprouts my and drop it into boiling water (you can a little salt) for 5 minutes.
At this time, the onions cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil.
Already boiled cabbage cut into halves or quarters (depending upon caliber :-)). Along with the peas to the frying pan to the onions.
In a few minutes, add a third of a jar of soy sauce, stir, cover it and after 15-20 minutes extinguish on small fire, the dish is served to the table!
