This recipe is my fantasy. Just wanted to do something nice, cook a tasty and beautiful dish. For the contest "Sweet taste of summer".

Cooking
Wash the pineapple along with the leaves, shake off the water, dry. With leaves cut into 2 parts. Carefully cut out the core, some part of it cut into small pieces.
Put layers: 1st layer - biscuits /cookies, finely crushed /
2nd layer - pineapple + juice
3rd layer - boiled rice Repeat all 1 more time.
Fruits cut into slices and put on top of the carriage. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
