Cooking
Boil the meat. I have a beef. Boil any meat with Your favorite spices and salt until tender.
Knead the dough. Helps me a bread maker. After mixing it becomes a cute bun. Next, the dough rises in the x/n.
Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.
We will prepare the stuffing. Chop and fry the onion until tender.
With a potato masher to mash these potatoes. And add to puree half of the fried onions. Mix well. It is convenient to mix with a potato masher.
Meat grind in a meat grinder or in any convenient way. And mix with the other half of fried onions.
The dough is ready. It is well got up. Baking the pie I took 30×40cm. You can take smaller, just the pie will be slightly higher.
Spread the dough on the work surface. Abenaim lightly and divide into 2 pieces (2/3 and 1/3). A large part of roll out a rectangle and placed in the form. I usually grease the form with butter and sprinkle with flour, this time I put on the bottom sheet of baking paper with a stop at the edge, for easy removal of cake.
Grate cheese. You can cook a pie without cheese, but it is much heartier. Spread one-third cheese in the dough.

Sprinkle the second third of cheese.
Spread a layer of meat with onions. Sprinkle the remains of the cheese. Include warming up the oven to 180*.
Roll out remaining dough and cut into strips by the roller for the dough or pizza cutter.
Wrap sides of cake. Randomly lay out the strips of dough, forming the top. Grease the top with egg or according to Your taste. Leave the cake to proofing for 20 minutes.
Put it into the preheated oven for about 40 minutes. Be guided by Your oven!!! The cake is ready!!! Take out of oven, remove from the mold and cover with a towel!!! Let the cake has cooled slightly and the dough will become soft and tender!!! Bon appetit!!!
