The products that we need. For the cooking liquor it is necessary to use VERY high quality vodka. I did out of vodka (rectified) own cooking.
First, you must cook a thick sugar syrup: water and sugar in a 1:1 ratio. I used cane sugar Demerara from Mistral to enhance the flavor. In the hot syrup to dissolve the chocolate and coffee. Then add vanilla at the tip of the knife.
Cooled to room temperature, the mixture connected with alcohol. I used the blender. Optionally, the beverage can be filtered. Our liqueur is ready to drink.
