Description

The chicken burgers with rice and mushrooms
Did these burgers on the birthday of the eldest daughter. All children (and Teens are very finicky creatures) were satisfied. A good option for children's parties or for a school snack, especially when the child is not able to fully dine. It is particularly convenient to prepare such an option, if you have some cooked rice from lunch or dinner.

Cooking

step-0
1. I usually take left over from dinner or lunch the rice, but you can especially cook. Wash rice, pour water in the ratio 1:2. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and cook on low heat for 30 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.
step-1
2. Mushrooms finely chop and fry a little in terms of oil. Add chopped onion, fry until the onion has softened.
step-2
3. Baton chop, soak in milk. Mix with mince, add a mixture of peppers, salt, knead thoroughly. Add rice, mushrooms, and again to knead well.
step-3
4. Form round patties the size of buns, flatten slightly. Roll both sides in flour (in breadcrumbs). In a pan heat the oil and fry the rolls from both sides under the cover for 15 minutes. I have children like softer meatballs, so I added in the middle of a little water and cutlets will be Polyarnye-poletucha nye.
step-4
5. Lay out the cutlets on a paper towel to soak up excess oil.
step-5
6. While preparing the meatballs, prepare the sauce. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, ground garlic, mix well. Optionally, you can add finely chopped green onions (if you are not prepared for school, of course). Mix well.
step-6
7. Lettuce washed, cut the top sheet to the size of the rolls. Tomato cut into plates. Assemble the Burger: the inner part of the bottom bun spread with sauce, put one lettuce leaf, lay a cutlet, coat it with sauce. On top lay the tomato (and optional onion, sliced in rings), cover with another lettuce leaf. Muffin top fluff on the inner side with sauce and close the Burger.
