A delicious and refreshing appetizer of cucumbers, will decorate your table at any time of the year, and especially during the summer when it is hot and do not want to be at the stove. Filling in cucumbers is quite a simple soft cheese, and salted trout and olives complement the stuffed cucumbers. Help yourself dear cooks!!!

The required ingredients.
Cucumbers wash and cut them in two pieces. Cut the stems and peel with a knife from the pulp. Blot with a tissue.
Take any soft cheese and stuff the prepared cucumber.
Combine half the cucumbers and cut them into pieces. Garnish with cucumbers salted trout and olives. Bon appetit!
