This salad is my version of the Swiss salad with barley. Love this cereal for a rich composition of vitamins and minerals. Cooking
Prepare the breading. Mix flour with paprika, Cayenne pepper and turmeric.
Mixed minced meat (beef and pork) form small balls and dip them in the resulting coating.

Pearl barley had previously been boiled. To avoid unnecessary hassle when cooking, I soaked the groats overnight and in the morning, soaked, boiled.
