Salad in Japanese style
Very easy to prepare bean salad fresh cucumbers, greens with a very tasty dressing and sesame seeds.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    100 g

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Sesame

Beans need to soak for 4 hours, after that time change the water and cook on slow heat for 1 hour. Make sure that the beans not much seethe. I took the beans from TM "Mistral".

Cucumber washed and cut into thin slices.

Connect the cucumbers and beans.

Prepare the filling. To do this, mix olive oil with soy sauce, rice vinegar or lemon juice, add grated ginger root, garlic, squeezed through a press, sugar, mix, let stand 15-20 minutes.

Then through a strainer add the prepared dressing, add the dressing along with pieces of grated ginger and garlic, as you like. add chopped dill and stir.
