Salad with spinach,
As I wrote, for me spring time salads. Today I invite You to try the spinach salad with mushrooms, bacon... and not only! Go. /for the recipe - thank you belonika PS: as for the main photo... what is the spring, and "spring clearance!")

Ingredients

  • Spinach

    50 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    6 piece

  • Mushrooms

    5 piece

  • Bacon

    2 slice

  • Almonds

    30 g

  • Quail egg

    2 piece

  • Balsamic

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

Cooking

Tomatoes and mushrooms wash, the tomatoes cut into 2 pieces, mushrooms slices.

Mushrooms sauté in olive oil for about 5 minutes until Golden brown and put in the center of the plate where you serve the salad.

Nuts pour boiling water, let stand for 3-5 minutes, remove skins and fry well.

Quail eggs, pre-boil and pass through a garlic crusher (or grate).

Combine nuts in a blender, pour a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar and punch seconds 10 - 20, preferably a pulse (press/release) low speed - nuts are supposed to be not very fine grained. In a separate bowl fold the spinach leaves, tomatoes and nut mass.

To the spinach, tomatoes and nuts, add eggs, salt, a little olive oil, mix and put the salad on the mushrooms.

Bacon to fry and put on top of salad.
