Salad
Very easy, tasty, healthy salad! Spring-bright and vitamin!

Ingredients

  • Cabbage, red,

    100 g

  • Greens

  • Corn

    70 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Mint

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Finely chop the cabbage and greens.

Natiraem carrots on a grater. Pepper small dice.

In a large glass or clear bowl, put layers: cabbage - greens - corn - carrot - pepper.

In a Cup mix olive oil, lemon juice, pepper, salt and mint.

Refill our salad. Allow to stand for 10-15 minutes.
