Delicious and bright salad. A pleasant combination of tender cauliflower and pickled cucumber with pepper make the salad fresh and not beaten.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    20 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Pickled cucumber

    4 piece

  • Sour cream

  • Spices

  • Dill

    1 coup

Cooking

In boiling salted water, drop the cauliflower florets and boil until tender. Drain cabbage in a colander and drain off excess liquid, cool. Pepper and cucumber cut into small cubes.

Finely chop the dill, add salt and pepper. Chop the cauliflower arbitrarily.

Add sour cream and mix gently
