I had quite a bit of broccoli and it was necessary urgently with it to do something, to not spoil. Flipping through my cookbook, came across the gnocchi, which she enters, and I decided to do. The recipe is long, and I'm never not prepared. Place in a blender broccoli, cilantro (I have parsley), and turn it into poresku. In a bowl RUB the cottage cheese (I crumbly, salty, especially for the Turkish bercow), add eggs, grate on a grater cheese, add pepper, seasoning and flour... and there are adding the green puree (salt, if the cheese is fresh, I had a rather salty) and all mix well until smooth. Making gnocchi the size of a walnut. Lay on a tray and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes. I did in the evening, so this morning I pulled it out and welded.
