Stuffed With
Makaronchiki "Boots" with pork. Very very juicy!! Try it!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Pasta

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Water

    3 cup

Let's start with the pork. Finely chop it into strips or cubes and fry a little.

Finely chop the onion.

Add the meat and fry all together. Add salt, pepper.

Take pasta, Turkey-baste their meat. Stuff more tightly, then nothing popped up. Put it in a pan and slightly fry. This must be done in order to then pasta not seethe. :-[

Dissolve the tomato paste and mayonnaise in the water. Water should be enough to almost completely cover the "boots". Add a favorite preservatives, salt a little.

Fill the "boots", salt and stew under a lid for about 25-30 minutes.

Almost all of the sauce should evaporate.

5 minutes before switching off add the grated cheese.

Our little "Booties" are ready. Decorate with greens and enjoy! :-P
