Omelette-souffle with berry caramel
Amazing delicious dessert! A light scent of vanilla, the taste of strawberries! All under a caramel sugar crust! Prepares simple! Treat yourself and your loved ones!

Ingredients

  • Strawberry

    0.5 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.25 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Starch

    0.5 Tbsp

First cook the filling for the omelet. Take the berries (I had strawberries), defrosts, slightly wrinkling with a fork and add sugar. In a saucepan, put on medium heat, bring to a boil and add starch. Stir well, keep on the fire for a few seconds and switch off
