My favorite again with the new dessert!! This time it is the most delicious pears in red wine! Help yourself!

Remove from pears peel, remove the core from the stars, leaving the tail. With lemon remove the zest.
From wine, sugar,cinnamon and grated peel, boil the syrup. Add a little water to cover the pears.
When the syrup boils, put the pears and cook for 15 mins until soft.
Remove from heat, leave for 15 min. in the syrup, then put in a glass vase. Syrup continue to cook on low heat until its amount is reduced by half.
Put the pear on almond cookies, filter the syrup and pour them pears. You can also serve with ice cream. The syrup I left for impregnation of cakes.
