Tart with salmon, pumpkin, spinach and mozzarella

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Chicken egg

  • Pumpkin

  • Balsamic

  • Olive oil

  • Salmon

    50 g

  • Rosemary

    1 piece

  • Basil

    2 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

Cooking

From flour, 1 egg, water, 1H. salt and 1H. L. sugar, knead a soft, elastic dough.

Roll up dough in plastic wrap, put in refrigerator while we prepare the filling.

Peel the onion, cut into half rings. Sauté until translucent in 2 tbsp olive oil. Pour white balsamic vinegar, add sugar, pour a little water and cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes until transparent. Add the spinach, stir, season with salt and pepper, remove from heat, cool.

Pumpkin peel, cut into equal pieces. Fry in olive oil, season with salt and pepper, lay out on a paper napkin.
