Salad
A rich and beautiful salad for the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Sausage

    400 g

  • Cheese sausage

    400 g

  • Mushrooms

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

  • Green onions

    0.5 coup

Cook the mushrooms. I have it pressed Chinese. They are crunchy and thin. Not sure how widely they are distributed, but I think they can be replaced, say, chanterelles...

Then cool them and cut into thin strips.

Take the sausage, not too fat, smoked, also cut into strips. Put in deep bowl.

There shredded cheese,

dressed with mayonnaise, mix and spread in a salad bowl. Finely chop green onions and sprinkle them over a salad. On top of the onions place the chamomile from eggs.
