Cooking
So, it's very simple. Mushrooms need to be thawed, it is enough to wash them in warm water. Onions cut into quarter-rings and fry in a pan in vegetable oil along with the mushrooms for 5-7 minutes (until almost cooked). You want to cook on a medium heat so the onions don't burn. Fry without a lid!
Potatoes clean, cut into large cubes and add to the pan with the frying onion and mushrooms.
Mix well and reduce the heat, cover with a lid.
Now in a bowl put 2 tbsp sour cream, add dried Basil, salt well, add the ground pepper blend (I have a homemade - black, red hot, paprika, white, dried garlic and dill). Pour in a bowl of water and mix well (preferably with a fork) to make the mixture thicker than the heavy cream.
Pour our mixture into the pan and mix well. Cover with a lid and stew on low heat until the potatoes are done, about 10 minutes. You need to stir a couple of times.
