Puffs who have the taste of pierogi with caramelized onions. Quick and tasty. We call them home "Well, very lazy dumplings"))

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    2 tsp

  • Cheese

    600 g

  • Cheese

    75 g

  • Salt

  • Grape seed oil

  • Brown sugar

    2 tsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Puff pastry

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

Cooking

In advance to spread out of the freezer and puff pastry. Small onion cut into four pieces, chop and fry on medium heat for 5 minutes, add sugar and keep frying for another 5 minutes. When the onions begin to brown, ready. Removed from heat and allow to cool.

To prepare curd. Cheese, cheese, 1 egg, a bit of sour cream (if the cheese is dry), mix well. The muffin slightly moistened with water.

Already the dough down, divide it into squares of 6x6 or any size which suits you.

On the dough put half a teaspoon of cottage cheese, brush with egg and onions on top.

Bake for 20-30 minutes approximately at a temperature of 195 C (385 F). Look at your oven.
