Rye lean biscotti
Try these biscotti cooked without sugar and flour, I was pleasantly surprised by their unusual taste! A light crisp crust and soft middle! A pleasant nutty-rye flavor and blotches sour-sweet dried apricots!!! You can't stop!

Ingredients

  • Flour flax

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Oat flakes

    50 g

  • Rye flour

    150 g

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Seeds

    1 Tbsp

  • Dried apricots

    70 g

Cooking

If not flax flour for its preparation grind the flax.

Flaxseed meal mixed with water and leave for 30 minutes to swell.

To grind into flour.

Mix rye flour, ground oatmeal, salt and soda.

Add flax seed.

To the mixture of water and Flaxseed meal add the butter and mix

And pour into the dry mixture (with rye flour). Mix well.

Add pre-washed and chopped with scissors apricots and knead a rather sticky dough.

Wet hands to form two small bars. Put on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven, allow to cool for 10 minutes, cut into diagonally slices, with a thickness of about 1 cm, spread on a baking sheet

Bake in the oven (at 180 degrees) for 10 minutes, flip and continue to bake for another 10 minutes.
