Potato pudding with mushrooms, cheese and bacon
The first time was cooking in the pot, but did not expect that everything will be delicious, is now my husband still asks. He very much liked )))

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Brisket

    200 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Butter

    50 g

Clean, slice mushrooms, chop bacon and fry it all in a pan (you can add onions, but I cooked without it). Grate potatoes on a coarse grater, add the flour, sauteed bacon and mushrooms, sour cream. Also grate cheese on a coarse grater. Leave cheese so much, that was enough to cover top of pots, and everything else you add to the potatoes.

Mix everything. Pots grease with butter, so nothing burnt. And put our potatoes in pots, sprinkle top of cheese, close and put in the already heated oven.

Cook for approximately 40-45 minutes at 200 degrees, then remove the lid and put another 5-10 minutes for the formation of a beautiful cheese crust.
