Australian cookies
This is my second recipe, I took that from their book. Liked the cookies as soon as I saw the picture because of the coconut. Love baking with coconut. Biscuits turns out very tender, flavorful, moderately sweet. And I hope You enjoy this cookie!

Ingredients

  • Powdered sugar

    500 g

  • Sugar

    125 g

  • Cocoa powder

    75 g

  • Flour

    125 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Potato starch

    60 g

  • Milk

    125 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Butter

    15 g

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

  • Coconut shavings

    200 g

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

That's almost all the ingredients we need for baking.

Beat eggs with a mixer until the foam, gradually add sugar and whisk until the sugar is dissolved. 10 g of butter to melt with hot water. Flour, baking powder, starch, mix and put into the egg mixture, stir gently. Then enter the melted butter and stir bistro.

The dough as for pancakes. Rectangular form to lay baking paper, brush with a little vegetable oil and pour the batter, flatten. Put in preheated oven to 180*. Bake for about 25-30 minutes.

In posudku pour a little coconut shavings ( in the book it is written that it should be 500 g, took me about 150 g). The first pieces of sponge cake dipped in chocolate sauce, then a very good roll in the shavings.
