Cooking
Prepare tomato sauce: in a saucepan, heat up olive. oil, add chopped garlic. To make sure that it don't burn (burnt garlic is very unpleasant to the taste). Then add tomatoes, canned and a little boil. Separately fry the bacon and add to the sauce. Add more salt, red chili pepper. The sauce is ready.
Prepare cheese filling: in a convenient bowl, mix ricotta, Parmesan, egg yolks, and Basil.
Pasta to boil in salted water 7-10 minutes, then carefully remove the shells, arrange on a large plate, that's not broken.
