Stuffed shells
Very tasty pasta!

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    20 piece

  • Ricotta

    1 can

  • Parmesan

    0.75 cup

  • Mozzarella

    1 cup

  • Bacon

    200 g

  • Tomato

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 piece

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Basil

Prepare tomato sauce: in a saucepan, heat up olive. oil, add chopped garlic. To make sure that it don't burn (burnt garlic is very unpleasant to the taste). Then add tomatoes, canned and a little boil. Separately fry the bacon and add to the sauce. Add more salt, red chili pepper. The sauce is ready.

Prepare cheese filling: in a convenient bowl, mix ricotta, Parmesan, egg yolks, and Basil.
