Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Tomato paste

    4 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Curry

  • Butter

Cooking

Put on to cook buckwheat. Mushrooms cut.

Onion cut into half rings.

In butter fry the onion..

Add the mushrooms. A little salt, pepper, curry added.

Tomato paste dilute with water and add to the mushrooms and onions.
