Cooking
Celery root cut into thick plates first, then into strips and not small cubes.
Pour boiling water, bring to boil, cook for 5min.
Drain in a colander to drain the water.
Cherry pour over boiling water.
For the marinade mix soy sauce TM Kikkoman, honey, ground pepper. Their number can be varied to your taste.
Return the celery to the pan, add the cherries, pour the marinade, put on the fire. Without covering with a lid, gently stir, simmer for five minutes. The marinade has evaporated, but not all. Cool, from time to time until the remaining marinade was wrapped around slices of celery and cherries. Put into the refrigerator for half an hour.
Mix with half of chopped mint. To serve, garnish with mint and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Do not neglect mint. She said the dessert needed a touch of flavor and finesse!
