Very tasty cookie with a combination of mint and chocolate, a unique taste and aroma which will not leave your guests indifferent and households. Small also the fussiest of eaters will not refuse such Goodies! Plus it is still beautiful. Would recommend :)

Cooking
Necessary ingredients:
The first thing you need to sift the flour, cocoa, vanilla and baking powder, add salt.
Now, in a small saucepan put the chopped chocolate and put it in a water bath. Stirring constantly, wait until the chocolate begins to melt. Add to it butter, also continue to interfere. When the contents of the small saucepan is almost dissolved, turn off heat and continue to knead until smooth chocolate. Then pour everything into a deep bowl. While chocolate mixture cools, will beat into a soft mousse in a blender mint (only the leaves) with the sugar a "wet sand". Add mint to the chocolate mass and stir. Eggs lightly whisk and making sure that chocolate mint mass has cooled, add to it eggs. Mix well.
Now add the chocolate the sifted flour with cocoa, vanilla, baking powder, and salt (from step one). All mix thoroughly, cover the bowl with cling film and put in refrigerator for 1 hour.
After the time remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll out small balls, take the dough out of the bowl with a spoon.
Roll each ball first in brown sugar "Mistral".
Lay future the cookies on covered with parchment paper or foil a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 10-12 minutes.
The finished cookies remove from oven and let it cool slightly. Serve with tea or coffee. Children this cookie simply adore :) Bon appetit!
